well, the hornets took another loss last night, this time to phoenix. when the game was over, everyone i saw and alotta friends on facebook asked me a question that I always hear. "Why do you love the Hornets so much and their doing bad and always get blown out?" as always, i cracked a laugh and gave my answer. "Passion, Purpose, Pride. We have a passion for basketball, our purpose is to win, and we take pride in ourselves as a team, a people, and a city." i have never been to new orleans, but i do not have to live there to show my team spirit. i always wear my Chris Paul shirts and shoes and jerseys, i always wear my hornet's shorts and shirts and creole blue bandanas. i hear things such as "The Hornets are soft." and "The Hornets have no bench production and can't play defense." i challenge the hornets to prove me wrong and everyone else wrong. the arizona cardinals had a fan in the stands during their NFC championship with a sign that said "SHOCK THE WORLD." i want my hornets to do THAT EXACT SAME THING. prove me wrong, prove the critics wrong, prove the whole basketball world wrong... you tell us as fans to FAN-UP, i challenge you not only as a team to TOUGHEN-UP, but MAN-UP!!!
