let the rookies play

Im tired of seeing the rookies Darren Collison and Marcus Thorton not playing in any of these games. I know Coach Scott thinks their not ready, but to me I think the best experience is letting them play a couple of minutes because nothing can substitute for playing experience. I mean by them sitting on the bench they can pick up on some stuff on how different teams play, but unless they are in the game they aren't getting that playing  experience to learn. The best time for them to learn from their mistakes is to be in the game a try to improve. To me Thorton and Collison are just as good as some of the other rookies, I just think Scott shouldn't hold them back so much and just let them play more then 2 minutes. I want to see the future Bee's excel and make a name for themselves as part of the team. Im just saying they shoud just give them a chance.

  • They looked great against the Clippers this past Monday, they were the first two guards off the bench which was GREAT to see! Thornton is our only true SG and the guy just flat-out scores the basketball it's unreal, we gotta keep developing these guys because they do bring a spark of energy off the bench.

  • I like what I see when the rookies are given minutes. All I kept hearing is "the Hornets are lacking energy" - that's what the rookies are for. Hopefully we've found a good rotation. Bring on Phoenix!
